They have the WORST customer service staff and upper management is useless and lazy. I spoke to someone in the corporate office regarding my complaints, they just pass the buck until you give up on any communication with them.
I would be happy to see the company go out of business. Personally, I hold upper management at fault and most of them need to be replaced. If there are complaints coming in and they continue to do nothing then the staff will feel it's o.k. to give wrong information.
Then if you ask for a supervisor your really in trouble because, they are always unavailable.
