What is covered

i bought a 2018 ford eco sport 3-16-21 from a dealer. they put you as the warranty for my coverage. now my car is acting up and now i am afraid to take it to the dealer to find out what is wrong with it, because i am afraid you will deny my claim. and i cant afford to pay anything out right?

At 160,000 miles transmission went out in my truck. Took it to the Ford dealership. Called ASC about the claim. ASC reject my claim, telling me the tires were the wrong size on the truck. They were the same size and brand and style tire that was on the truck when I purchased it new. The agent that came out and looked at the truck said to get back with ASC for a refund. Now I am not eligible for a refund.

Great service and coverage

We bought our 2015 Altima three years ago and this warranty was offered by, and purchased at, the used car dealership. The car has had four repairs, all of which were covered. One of the repairs was to the transmission, which was mostly covered by Nissan. The remaining portion of the bill WAS covered by ACS!! I'm very satisfied so far with this warranty, and it already paid for itself, and has save me over $1K. We still have two more years to go, and it's comforting to know that major issues should be covered.

Just plain tired of their calls

EVERY WEEK I get 4 to 5 calls from these folks. Today I got to talk to them. Cisco from California called on a car I haven't owned in 4 years. Try explaining this to these *** nothing. I have complained to the BBB, Automotive Group and the PA DMV. Nothing. Can't something be done? Blocking them doesn't work.

I WILL NEVER use this company again I will never tell anybody thinking about getting it to waste a single penny with this company! They will find any reason to void your warranty, so they don't have to pay for the repairs even though the warranty still have more than 2 YEARS left and more than 40,000 miles left, and they told me that its nothing and I should just disregard the service agreement. And on top of that being transferred multiple times put on hold multiple times people just not being on the other end one second were talking then its like they walk off or something but nothing to be heard for minutes from this one representative I was talking to. I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will have wasted thousands for a warranty that you don't use and the first time you try to they will tell you to disregard the warranty!

They seem to want to find any reason possible to deny paying your claim! I had my vehicle checked out at a dealer for valid, warranty-related items. They DENIED MY CLAIM, saying it was preexisting. I bought the warranty before I left the dealership! Yet, my claim within 1 month later is denied due to preexisting issues??? I did not own the vehicle before I bought it, nor was the vehicle displaying the symptoms of which I went to the dealer for!

They say things are covered and they advertise things they don't intend to cover more like a catch 22 they will not call the car shop back trying to make you pay for it. You will never get your money back from them be careful. They want to collect but when it's time to pay then new version show up

I am the pissed consumer. Just wanted to follow up as to this warrenty company and the 2008 mini cooper.

ASC finally worked it out and the turbo was fixed. Drove it for about 7 days and then the add oil light came on. So i added the oil. About every 3 or four days the oil like comes on.

Took it to mini cooper place to find out the seals had gone bad and needed to be replaced and this woyld be 10000k because they would need to replace the whole engine. Followed up with the warrenty Co. ASC they told me they cancelled my policy because they paid for the turbo and that was more than the car was worth.

The warrenty I bought was for 36 months or 36000 miles. Yet they terminated my policy that I paid for.

My wife and I bought a used truck out of state and had it shipped to SoCal. The dealer gave us a 3 month ASC warranty. After I started driving it I noticed a small coolant leak. I took it to the local Ford dealership and after inspection it turned out that there was *** in the radiator. They contacted ASC who approved the repair, which was $1,200.00, and took care of it immediately. It was the best experience I have ever had with an after market warranty. By far.

DO NOT LET ANY DEALER CON YOU INTO BUYING THIS WARRANTY..I HAD MY 2009 BMW, WITH LESS THAN 70K MILES, AT AAMCO, FOR A SHIFTING ISSUE WHEN COLD.. THEY CHANGED THE TRANS FLUID, AND FILTER, EXPLAINED THE INTERNAL ISSUE WITH THE TRANSMISSION...THE SEALS WERE BAD, AND THEY TOLD ME TO GET RID OF THE CAR ASAP....IT WOULD BE A $4K FIX, AND ASC WOULD COVER ONLY ABOUT $1500 TOWARDS IT, BUT NOT TELL YOU, UNTIL AFTER THE TRANSMISSION WAS REBUILT. I've made a purchase on 3/16/18 for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. To make a long story short I've already paid out of pocket repairs of $7,993.35 for this vehicle.

On 05/17/2018 I took my 2012 Jeep to have service perform to fix repairs. The service center called ASC Warranty company and all ASC did was denied the repairs on my vehicle which was covered under their warranty. The warranty was part of the vehicle purchase from the dealership. I paid $2,735.00 for the plan 2 - Deluxe package.

The early part of December I had to put my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee back into the repair auto center for more major repairs which cost me $6,249.69. The repairs was also covered under my warranty Deluxe plan. I did take photos of the invoices for verification of cost for repairs. Why do I need ASC warranty plan if I'm going to pay for repairs myself.

I will be seeking a refund and get out of ASC vehicle warranty. I will do some research on a much better vehicle warranty company.

Unless ASC gives me a good reason to stay with them but I've not seen any reason why I would do so. Angry

I was just told that my bmw needs a new engine which is covered in under my warranty through ASC, they also denied my claim, what's the point of having a warranty if it doesn't cover anything its supposed to?

I purchased a Used vehicle from a dealer, who included the warranty as part of the sale. Thought it was a good investment, as the dealer paid for the Drive train "Plus" Coverage.

In the broach er I saw there were more comprehensive warranties and thought of reaching out to you to purchase additional coverage. A quick check on Better Business Bureau web site shows an A+ ratting (?), yet you have 75 complaints?

Thinking with all these complaints, ASC Warranty is NOT communicating their product to the Consumer, leading to all these complains. I will keep my money.
