ASC Warranty - ASC Refuses to Pay for Repairs that Contract Clearly Covers
When my transmission went out 7 months after I bought the vehicle, ASC refused to pay for $600 of the repairs. When one of the spark plugs flew off on the freeway, necessitating $1,000 in repairs, ASC said that it wasn't covered because spark plugs are "routine maintenance." When the Coolant Solenoid Bypass went bad, ASC would not pay for diagnostics, effectively creating a barrier to using the warranty.
When I paid for the diagnostics, they refused to pay for the fluids necessary to complete the repairs.
They also refused to pay for a rental car, even though the car was in the shop for days. Rick at Titus-Will told me that this is the worst warranty he has ever seen.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
